When I unboxed these pieces what drew me were the graphics on the bag and the wrapping paper. I love black and white detailing and think that although striking/contrasting it sets off designs in a way that subtle colours just can’t do. So although the pieces inside are delicate and beautiful it feels as though the packing and branding for Xander Kostroma® is strong and protective!
Another pleasant surprise is the little thank you sticker on the tissue paper that is wrapped around the jewellery – little touches like this just make the gifts you receive that bit more special. Once I finally got inside to discover the pieces of jewellery I was so pleased to see how well made they are and how big the crystals were on the earrings and how delicate they are on the choker.
The earrings look so beautiful on they are heavy but not too heavy to wear through the day but I would suggest resting your ears now and then. The crystals on these are around 2.5cm long and around 1cm wide and have a solid sterling silver ear loop to hand them from your ears. The clear quartz is a magical crystal and its chakra zone is the crown – which is the top of your head, so the fact that these are so close to that when they dangle from your ears, means you are really benefiting from the positive energy they emit.
The choker has tiny shards of quartz that are linked together with a sterling silver chain making it a gorgeous choker that is light and elegant.
I have to say I love crystals and my son actually got a box of crystals and a book on how to use them for Christmas. So, I have been reading it to get the most information on what the clear/raw quartz does and how it works. The clear quartz is best for “Clarity, focus and visualisation” and you can actually place either your earrings or the stones connected to the choker in the palm of your hand and focus on what you would like to transfer to it, helping you to achieve your goals and have a positive outlook.
