Repairs for beaded & stringed jewellery

Please Contact Us to make your initial inquiry. Please advise us what you would like to have repaired and upon making contact, provide us with a picture of the item(s) in question. We will evaluate all info provided and will reply with a proposal which includes an estimated time to repair and an estimated cost to fix.

You post the piece to us using your preferred shipping method then, once received by our repair team in the UK, all work required is analysed in person and a final cost confirmed. Upon agreement, a payment link is emailed and only when paid, the work begins.

Yes! All completed orders are posted back, free of charge!

We repair all styles from within our Xander Kostroma jewellery / sun catcher collections. We also accept jewellery from all other brands too. We're able to repair beaded + strung necklaces and bracelets as well as all forms of wire-wrapped jewellery. At this time we are not able to solder silver or repair cracked rings and gem stones. These require Silversmiths.

Yes! You can hire our makers to create the perfect beaded/wrapped piece for you. We charge a flat rate fee of £24/hour which includes all consultations, sourcing and (depending on design) material fees. There is no minimum QTY for this service. We start at 1pc/style.
